Metal Working Oil

Ecco V MWF oil is produced using paraffinic base oil extracted from lube cut refining of crude oil and suitable additives.



Usage:
As an emulsion lubricant and coolant suitable for types of metalworking operations.

High Lights:
Soluble oils are usually mixed with specific amount of water. Always oil is added to water and during that, it is stirred. Never add water to oil. The mix percentage has been normally determined formerly and water with low hardness must be used to make emulsion. Mixture’s concentration must be constant during operation. Water vaporization leads to emulsion’s concentration increase, and therefore increasing system temperature. The factors such as emulsion oil consumption during lubricating and filtration in order to eliminate contamination particles, leads to separation of oil and emulsion and emulsion concentration reduction. The oil concentration must be controlled always. If necessary, correct the emulsion concentration by adding emulsion with needful concentration. Avoid storing soluble oils at below their freezing point. If keeping this product in this temperature is inevitable, before use, warm it up to room temperature and stir it well.
